Lord Arch Bishop of Cashel' [i.e. Archbishop Timothy Goodwin (1670-1729)]. Signature on all title pages: 'Den: McCarthy Springhouse 1746' [i.e. Denis McCarthy of Spring House, co. Tipperary (1718-1761)]. Binding: Eighteenth-century half green calf, marbled paper sides. Spine gilt with flowers in panels. Front board of v.1 detached.
