[48], 474, [54] p. ; 12mo. Running number: 4358. Provenance: manuscript inscription on front fly-leaf recto: "Mr. Kelsey". Manuscript initial on front fly-leaf verso: "M." [i.e. catalogue code of John Mitchell (ca. 1685-1751), librarian to Sir Richard Ellys (1682-1742)]. Binding: seventeenth-century calf; double blind fillet border, with blind cornerpiece stamps; blind roll pattern on board edges; recessed cords; blind fillets on spine. Printed waste (17th century, English and Latin) at front and back as fly-leaves.
