Manuscript inscription on front fly-leaf: "Lib: Antho: Sanderson Coll: Eman: Cantab: 78" [i.e. Anthony Sanderson of Emmanuel College, Cambridge]. Binding: seventeenth-century sprinkled calf; double blind fillet border; single central panel of double and single blind fillets, with blind cornerpiece stamps; gilt roll pattern on board edges; recessed cords; double blind fillet panel on spine, with small blind ornament stamps at head and foot. Red sprinkled edges.
