Armorial bookplate on recto of fol. 325: 'Sr. William Dawes Baronet 1704' [probably Sir William Dawes, 3rd Baronet (1671-1724), later Bishop of Chester and Archbishop of York]. Binding: seventeenth-century full calf; double gilt fillet border; gilt fillet panel on spine, with gilt stamp and title lettered directly onto spine.
