lxxiv, 298, [2] p. ; 19 cm. Provenance: twentieth century manuscript inscription "Janet Burnett-Brown St. Andrews", i.e. Janet Burnett-Brown, 1927-2011, on recto of first free end-paper. Pencilled twentieth century price inscription "5/-" on recto of first free end-paper. Twentieth century manuscript marginal annotations and underscorings, in ink and pencil, throughout. Binding: twentieth century publisher's binding in red cloth over boards; title "Nine French poets 1820-1880 H.E. Berthon" tooled in black on upper board and spine.
