Provenance: In ink on flyleaf (probably in hand of the author) 'For my Lady Roberts' (i.e. Letitia née Smith, (c.1630-1714), 2nd wife of John Robartes, (1606-85, 1st Earl of Radnor). Binding: Seventeenth-century sheep, with fine frame and quarter line of blind-tooled fillets on boards. Rebacked, nineteenth century, with new endpapers and pastedowns.
