Provenance: In ink, upside down, at bottom of leaf kk8v, in seventeenth-century hand 'Rosocheer Auscott'; at end of scribbled notes on verso of title page 'Rosocheer'. Several illegible ink names written on leather on front and back boards.. Binding: Seventeenth-century sheep. Clumsily blind-tooled with frame of fillets and small oval scrollwork centrepiece of unusual design (uniform with that on the unidentified ed. of Terence at F.7.38). Provincial work? Rebacked, with new endpapers and pastedowns, nineteenth-century.
