[i.e.: Thomas Wodehouse, 2nd Lord Newton (1857-1942)] (cf. Wilson & Lee "Badeley" no. 119). Legh family inscriptions on calendar and further medieval annotation. Binding: late eighteenth-century quarter sheep, with marbled paper sides, gilt-lettered 'Manuscript'. Gilt-stamped Legh crest at base of spine. (Pest damage, significantly to top fore-edge corner.)
