(Franks 8711) [Samuel Disney, vicar of Croft and Kirkby-on-Bain, Lincolnshire, then of St. Mary's Church, Nottingham, from 1722]. Bequeathed to the National Trust by Norman Norris (1917-1991). Binding: Late seventeenth- or early eighteenth-century full calf over boards; blind fillets and cornerpieces to form a border and central panel; spine gilt; red leather spine label with title 'Potter's Antiquit of Greece Vol: II'; sewn on five raised bands.
