[i.e. probably Robert Raymond, 2nd Lord Raymond (d.1753)]. Bequeathed to the National Trust by Norman Norris (1917-1991). Inscribed on pastedown in Norris's hand: East Sutton Park 27/6 '45 Lot 722 6 vols. [East Sutton Park, Kent, seat of baronets of Filmer, who were connected to the 2nd Lord Raymond, Benesham Filmer having inherited the estate of Pirton from him].. Binding: Eighteenth-century full calf over boards; spines gilt; brown leather spine labels with title 'Titus Livius Delphini'; sewn on six raised bands.
