Manuscript code in thick black ink on rear pastedown: "LFC". Binding: seventeenth-century full sprinkled calf; sewn onto four sewing supports; double blind fillet border; gilt fillet and roll pattern at head and foot and along raised bands on spine; gilt title on tan brown leather label on spine. Red textblock edges.
