Binding: eighteenth-century full polished sprinkled calf; sewn on six raised bands; double and single gilt fillet border on covers; gilt floral roll pattern along board edges; gold-tooled spine, panels with gilt sun in splendor, floral and other stamps in double gilt fillet compartments, and gilt floral roll along raised bands and at head and foot; gilt title on brown sheepskin label on spine; gilt date of publication stamped directly onto spine. Grey burnished edges.
