Provenance: Twentieth-century armorial bookplate (small variant), signed Badeley 1930: ‘Urban Huttleston Rogers Lord Fairhaven’ [i.e.: Urban Huttleston Rogers Broughton, 1st Lord Fairhaven (1896-1966)]. Manuscript inscription on title page in nineteenth-century hand: "A E Roberts". Binding: Late eighteenth- / early nineteenth-century full tree calf; gilt fillets on spine; black morocco spine label, gilt lettered: 'Solvyns ~ Catalogue'; four recessed cords; gilt rolled board edges.
