i,216,1 leaves . 115x85mm.. Provenance: Removal of Calendar and Litany of the Saints suggests this manuscript in Protestant hands during the Reformation period. The compiler of the index might be the English Protestant anti-Catholic divine Robert Hill (d.1623). Fol. 213v has a later inscription: Ffran. Mictor. Possibly purchased for Arlington by Miss Chichester?. Binding: Seventeenth-century gilt stamped binding; acorns, rose and poppies on spine; repaired.
