Bookplate on front pastedown (partially obscuring inscription): 'Thomas Browne, Troutbeck' [i.e. Thomas Browne, 1792-1866].. Binding: Early 18th century[?] sprinkled calf binding, with double blind fillet and roll pattern border; board edges have gilt dash roll decoration; spine has manuscript title label. Autograph "B: Browne 1733 Đ.25" scratched into leather on upper board.
