Binding: Nineteenth-century full calf; double gilt fillet to form an outer border; sewn onto three recessed cords; five false bands; gilt tooled spine; maroon and brown morocco spine labels (gilt lettered): 'Thoughts on hunting' and 'Beckford'; gilt rolled corners of board edges; gilt textblock edges; gilt rolled turn-ins; marbled endpapers; two tan ribbon markers.
