Author's name added to title page in seventeenth-century hand. Provenance: Inscription on front flyleaf: "Bon dieu mon bien. Jo. Boun. Bought of Mr John Brook Th. 12th April. 1677". Eighteenth-century armorial bookplate, lettered: "William Lucy Esqr, of Charlecote in Warwickshire" [i.e. Rev. William Lucy, d. 1723]. Binding: Seventeenth-century full calf [?] binding; blind-tooled fillets; rebacked: spine replaced, retaining part of original; rolled edges; edge of text block marbled.
