The Booth arms appear on p. 1 of the booklet of armorials of subscribers.. Binding: Calf; blind ruled and rolled; spine gilt (worn, does not feature 2nd earl of Warrington's binding stamp, yet he appears in the subscribers' list); spine label missing.
