There is no indication of provenance, but two descendants of the Grey family subscribed to the charter: Reginaldus de Grey [fol. 3r.] and Hen. de Grey [fol. 5r.].. Binding: Diced calf [18th century?]; blind ruled and rolled; red title label on front board; both boards detached; vellum sheets secured with blue silk tie and more recent sewing.
