To be done on blew Morocco". Bequeathed to the National Trust by Norman Norris (1917-1991). Inscribed on flyleaf in Norris's hand: Crosswood Library [Crosswood Park, Trawsgoed, Aberystwyth, seat of the Earls of Lisburne]. Binding: Eighteenth-century full blue morocco over boards; gilt fillets and centrepiece; gilt-rolled edges; spine gilt with title: Tacitus Latine & Italice; sewn on seven raised bands.
