Manuscript inscription in seventeenth-century secretary hand on rear fly-leaf: "The incontenientes of ye Arminian opinion fol: 917". Binding: seventeenth-century calf; triple blind fillet border; single gilt fillet on board edges. Head and tail of spine repaired. Parchment manuscript waste lining spine visible in rear joint.
