End Leaves: Double fold with 3-cut underpastedown Structure: 5 single cords Edges: plain-cut, sparse blue and red sprinkle, polished Spine Lining: nk, probably none End Bands: Brown and natural thread, 1/1 L-R, over paper roll cores Bookmark: None Boards: rope fibre, 1,3,5 of 5 angle lace Covering: brown tanned calf, polished Tooling: blind roll on board edges only, with gilt red morocco lettering piece added. Furniture: None Enclosure: None Binding Notes: The unsprinkled calf would be quite common on an Irish binding of this date
