[i.e. catalogue code of John Mitchell (ca. 1685-1751), librarian to Sir Richard Ellys (1682-1742)]. Manuscript price[?] in pencil on second front fly-leaf scribbled over in ink. Manuscript inscription on title page: "Nathan Wrighte of Englefeild" [probably the Reverend Nathan Wrighte (d. 1721), who married Lady Anne Powlett of Englefield House in Berkshire. Wrighte was the third son of Sir Nathan Wright (1654-1721), Lord Keeper of the Great Seal]. Binding: seventeenth-century sprinkled calf; sewn on four tawed leather supports; blind double fillet border, with additional blind double fillet running parallel to spine-edge; gilt single fillet on board edges; blind fillets on spine. Red sprinkled edges. Manuscript fore-edge title: "2 Allatii Sym[m]icta".
