Binding: Eighteenth-century full mottled calf over boards; gilt fillets and gilt roll-tool of thistles and acorns to form an elaborate border; spine gilt, with armorial motif which resembles the Tollemache rather than Wilbraham arms [the Wilbrahams being connected with the Tollemache family and Earls of Dysart [through the marriage of Grace Wilbraham (d.1740) and Lionel Tollemache, 3rd Earl of Dysart (1649-1727)]; sewn on six raised bands
