Manuscript inscription on front fly-leaf: "Kenelmus Digbaeus: 2. cten. 3. coiffiy .". Author's[?] presentation inscription on title page: "for my Lord Duke of Buckingham" [i.e. George Villiers, 2nd Duke of Buckingham (1628-1687)].. Binding: Seventeenth-century[?] calf binding; double gilt fillet border; gold-tooled spine.
