Manuscript inscriptions on title page: "James Heywood" [crossed-out], and "Philip Yorke given to him by WB". Manuscript inscription on rear fly-leaf: "This book was given to Philip Yorke on the 27th of March 1805 by W Benh... [rest of name illegible] the dirty Dutchman".. Binding: Eighteenth-century calf binding; double blind fillet border; gilt roll on board edges; red title label on spine. Concentric circles incised into both boards.
