Manuscript initials "R.M." on either side of running title on p. 20 [possibly Robert Myddelton (1678-1733)].. Binding: Seventeenth-century sprinkled calf binding; blind roll on board edges; gilt floral stamped panels on spine (title label missing). Marbled edges.
