Binding: eighteenth-century sprinkled and plain calf over boards finished to a Cambridge-style blind-panelled design. Gilt roll pattern on board edges (worn). Five raised bands; gilt tooled spine with gilt title label. Two colour endbands with front beads. Three supports laced in; pastedown and endleaves at both ends. Red sprinkled edges. Worm holes at foot of textblock from front board to gathering signed F.
