Binding: eighteenth-century sprinkled and plain calf over boards, blind-tooled to a panelled design with double fillet and fleurons at the corners. Gilt roll pattern on board edges. Four raised bands edged with double blind lines; gilt volume number tooled directly onto spine. Endbands with primary sewing and front beads. Two supports laced in; pastedown and endleaf at both ends. Red sprinkled edges.
