Nineteenth-century armorial bookplate lettered Marmion Edwd. Ferrers. Baddesley Clinton (Franks 10424) [i.e. Marmion Edward Ferrers (1813-1884)]. Bequeathed to the National Trust by Norman Norris (1917-1991). Inscribed on v. 1 flyleaf in his hand: Baddesley Clinton. Binding: Seventeenth-century full calf over boards; calf completely detached, but boards and sewing mostly intact. Blind and gilt fillets; blind quarter fillet; sewn on five raised bands; stored in protective box.
