Inscribed on v. 1 pastedown in Norris's hand: Colne Park 1940 2 vols. 1/= H. [i.e. Hodgson's] 18/1 40 Lot 344. Binding: Eighteenth-century full calf over boards; brown leather spine label with title: 'Byrdone's Travels'; sewn on five raised bands.
