Stanley Norris, Patcham [(d.1960), father of Norman Norris]. Bequeathed to the National Trust by Norman Norris (1917-1991). Inscribed on v. 1 flyleaf in Norris's hand: Hillington Hall, Norfolk. Binding: Eighteenth-century full calf over boards; gilt fillets; spines gilt; brown leather spine label: "Carte's Hist. of England"; sewn on five raised bands.
