Binding: eighteenth-century 'Cambridge'-style blind-panelled sprinkled and plain calf inboard binding; gilt pattern along board edges. 5 raised bands; plain spine with gilt title on brown goatskin label and volume number stamped directly onto leather. Sewn on 3 supports, laced in. Red speckled edges. Pastedown with endleaf. Endbands.
