Text begins: L.L. of Ireland. No danger in understanding ye War, whether ye Scots are to be reduced, or not. … Text ends on p. [3]: Town full of Nobility who will talk of it, He will make them smart for it. Paper is watermarked: (1) first leaf recto = circle containing crown an initials “CR” [or GR?] underneath it; (2) initials “CW” in fold; (3) royal arms. Binding: unbound.
