Summary
B729 A pale fawn cotton small boy's jacket and trousers which button together, sometimes called a skeleton suit - late 18th Century. Jacket has a round neck with no collar and buttons down the front with small mother-of-pearl buttons. Long sleeves also buttoned at the cuff. The breeches have short straight legs which button up either side, there is also a small flap centre front and a double row of the same buttons running from the top of that to the waist. Jacket can be buttoned to the breeches although many buttons are missing. Much darned,white cotton lining.
