Summary
Dress sword with giltmetal hilt and scabbard mounts. The handle is bound with silver thread and a pommel of gilt thread is attached with gilt braid to the handle. Royal cypher 'V.R.' on the hilt. The blade decorated also with the Royal Cypher and inscribed; 'T. Davies and Co. Regent St.' The dress sword has a black-coated cloth case. BN12

Transferred to the National Trust by the Treasury in lieu of CTT in 1985 with an endowment provided by the NHMF.
