Summary
Engraving, Collegium Diui Iaonnis Baptista - St John's College, Oxford by William Williams (fl.1724-1733). W. Williams and Tans entitled 'Collegium Divi Ioannis Baptistae'. A full page perspective view is shown of the college with its formal garden in the foreground. Trimmed trees are shown framing rectangular lawns with a circular garden to the right. The college with its two main quads is shown beyond. Three cherubs hold a sheet inscribed with the history of the college. A cartouche is inscribed to 'Gulielmo Holmes.'
