Summary
Engraving, Collegium Novum - New College, Oxford by William Williams (fl.1724-1733). Guil. Williams and Tans of 'Collegium Novum' with plans above a bird's-eye elevation of the gardens. The plan includes gardens and has a key lower right. The gardens are very formal with square beds laid out as coats of arms etc. and clipped trees and hedges. A rectangular central cartouche is inscribed to 'Antonio Ashley Cooper.'
