Summary
One of a set of eight bound engravings, entitled 'Eight of the most remarkable battles and sieges during the present war in Germany, wherein the victories obtained by the armies of his Prussian Majesty and his allies, over those of Austria and France are fully displayed'. By Messrs. Ravenet, Grignion, Walker and Gwin from original drawings. Published by Messrs. Bakewell, Parker, Sayer, Bowles and Jefferys, London. Circa 1760. Each print represents a battle between the years 1756 and 1759. The set cost one guinea and includes a title page. Binding loose and prints tatty.

Transferred to the National Trust by the Treasury in lieu of CTT in 1985 with an endowment provided by the NHMF
