First aid case and contents - Rectangular metal tin for First Aid materials. Tin is painted dark blue with a pale blue lid and dark blue lettering which reads; The / Boots / Chemists / FIRST AID CASE / BOOTS THE CHEMISTS NOTTINGHAM ENGLAND. Gold coloured inside with white label attached to the lid reading; FARMS 'A' CASE / According to the Agriculture / Safety, Health and Welfare / Provisions Act, 1956, this case should at all times contain / the following items; / 3 Standard Dressings, No. 7, B.P.C. / 2 Standard Dressings, No. 13 B.P.C./ 2 Standard Dressings, No. 14 B.P.C. / 2 Triangular Bandages, B.P.C. / 1 packet of 3 Waterproof Adhesive Wound Dressings, / 2in and 3in / 1 Sterilised Cotton Wool Pad, ½ oz. / First Aid leaflet for Farms. / Replacements may be obtained through any branch of / Boots the Chemists. There are remains of sticky tape on the base of the tin.
