Summary
One of five rectangular cardboard boxes with the following printed on a paper label: Please Handle with Care. Printed on another paper label: CARRIAGE PAID HOME / TO EVANS GADD (and) CO LTD. / WHOLESALE CHEMISTS. / EXETER. / DEVON. / TO EXETER. Station, Per G.W.Railway. / DATE...ORDER No. Along the edge of this label is printed, VERY FRAGILE / PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE. On the side of the box is a paper label with the following: IODISED MINERAL LICKS. Box used to store lead crystal pendants from the ring under the lamps for chandelier (NT26411) from Pytte, Clyst St. George. Lining the box and separating the layers of pendants are several sheets of newspaper dated 1956.
