Summary
Number one of three copies made by Beatrix of parts of three separate story letters written to the Moore children. The copies are made on three separate sheets of paper which are each written on one side only and are folded in half. This one, Sheet 1 (pages 1 and 2) is copied from a letter to Winifrede (Frida) Moore originally dated 3 November 1897. It concerns guinea hens being alarmed by a fox; and a fox that went to sleep in a pig sty.
