Summary
Print, engraving, Inn Yard, Calais, France (after Frederick George Byron) by Joseph Constantine Stadler (b.Germany - fl. London 1780-1812) and Frederick Christian Lewis (London 1779 - Enfield 1856). One of a pair of colour washed engravings entitled INN YARD AT CALAIS. Grey lines round picture and cream surround. At base is - Frederick George Byron Esqr. DEL. To right is - Engraved by Stadler and Lewis. Above the title - London, Published Nov. 1 1802, by Willm. Holland, No 11, Cockspur St, (removed from Oxford Street). Black and gilt frame.
