Summary
White soup plate decorated with cobalt blue and worn gilded banding around rim, with an inner band of gilt dots. Marked on the underside with the Royal Worcester mark. Rectangular trade mark reads: MANUFACTURED FOR / WILLIAM WHITELEY / UNIVERSAL PROVIDER. Additionally marked in red 8181 / 5 and a triangle of three blue dots. Incised with the letters 7L. Large crack.
