Summary
Oil painting on canvas, Annie Allen Cunard, later Lady Lawley, Baroness Wenlock (1863 - 1944) by Sir Oswald Hornby Joseph Birley (Auckland 1880 - 1952). A three-quarter length portrait of the daughter of Sir Edward Cunard, 2nd Bt, seated, wearing a white dress and black coat and red cloak. She married Arthur Lawley, later 6th Baron Wenlock, GCSI, GCIE, KCMG (1860 - 1932) in 1885 and was named Dame Grand Cross of the Order of the British Empire (GBE) in 1917.
