Summary
The exterior of the shell is so covered in barnacles and sea anemones, that it is difficult to even make out the shape of the shell. Based on the distinctive orange aperture with paired teeth on the edge, it is probably a Veined Rapa Whelk. There is no indication of where this specimen originated
