Summary
A horse conch gastropod shell. A high-spired, solid , heavy shell. It has a smooth columella, a long siphonal canal and a thick corneous operculum. There are spiral rows of large tubercles at periphery of spire whorls. The inside of the aperture is cream with light brown spiral lines. The exterior is a light brown, with strong vertical lines, with signs of considerable wear. There is no indication of where this specimen originated
