Summary
A rooster tail conch gastropod shell. A high-spired, solid , heavy shell. The flared edge of the aperture projects at an angle to the spire. Spire whorls are encircled with prominent blunt knobs below the narrow deep suture. Body whorl and flared extension are ornamented with flattened ridges. The exterior is a creamy light brown, and the inside of the aperture is a golden brown. There is no indication of where this specimen originated
