Summary
A gastropod Pink Conch shell, probably no later than late 19th/early 20th century. A solid, heavy shell, the spire whorls have large tubercles. The exterior colour is a creamy/brown, with a pinkish colour around the aperture. Pink Conches are found in the area of SE Florida to the W Indies. Kept in with a collection of fossils, rocks and minerals, but with no indication of where it was found.
