Summary

A long, thin paper packet for 'Taper Pointed Steel Knitting Pins' manufactured by Alfred Shrimpton & Sons, LTD. The packaging is white with gold coloured writing and has 'Nickel Plated' stamped in purple ink on one side. The packet contained four double ended metal knitting needles (CMS no.1989251). This object was found in the top drawer of a mahogany table (CMS no. 997561.1).
